1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of National ADAS Calibrations' website and services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Service Description

National ADAS Calibrations provides calibration services for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) in vehicles. Our services include but are not limited to camera calibration, radar alignment, LiDAR calibration, and ultrasonic sensor calibration. All services are performed by trained technicians in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

3. Booking and Appointments

When booking our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle and requirements. Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by National ADAS Calibrations. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that we cannot properly perform the calibration for any reason.

Cancellation of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for our services is due upon completion of the calibration. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, direct bank transfers, and cash. Prices for our services are subject to change without notice, but the price quoted at the time of booking will be honored unless the scope of work changes.

For insurance-covered work, we will work directly with your insurance company where possible, but ultimate responsibility for payment remains with the customer if insurance does not cover the service partially or in full.

5. Service Warranty

National ADAS Calibrations warrants that all calibration services will be performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Our workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days from the service date. This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to accidents, misuse, or negligence after calibration
  • Subsequent physical damage to sensors, cameras, or radar units
  • Improper repairs or modifications by other parties
  • Normal wear and tear

If a calibration fails within the warranty period, we will recalibrate the system at no additional cost.

6. Vehicle Condition

For proper calibration, vehicles must meet specific conditions, including:

  • Fuel level at least 1/4 full
  • Proper tire pressure according to manufacturer specifications
  • No unrepaired damage that could affect system operation
  • Battery in good working condition

If your vehicle does not meet these conditions, we may be unable to perform the calibration or additional charges may apply.

7. Liability Limitation

National ADAS Calibrations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

While we make every effort to ensure that ADAS systems function properly after calibration, we cannot guarantee that these systems will prevent accidents or operate perfectly in all conditions, as their functionality depends on many factors beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of National ADAS Calibrations and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any material from our website without our express written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
